Order Placement & Processing

Order Placement
International customers are required to remit payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or Zelle. 

Orders shall be held for 36 hours following notification of the payment method. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the order.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed for payments processed after the stipulated timeframe.

Order Processing
We endeavour to fulfil orders as placed; however, in the event of stock unavailability, alternative products/designs/colours within the same price range may be offered. Delays resulting from out-of-stock items are not our responsibility. 

Orders may be cancelled without prior notice if customer confirmation is not received. 

International & domestic (Pakistan) orders will be processed following confirmation of payment.
